Julaine Waggoner attended  U.C. Berkeley before she graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Graduate work was completed at the University of California, Irvine. Prior to her Real Estate career,she was involved in public education, not only teaching children, but in curriculum development and teacher training, as well.

She comes from four generations of Real Estate Brokers. Her family owned Sturdevant Realty in Hawaii and Pasadena from 1892 until 1976. Her mother was a Real Estate Broker in Costa Mesa.

Julaine loves athletics loves sports of all kinds, including rollerblading, skiing, and any racquet sport. She enjoys hiking and camping as well as visits to concerts and museums. Julaine has 3 very active, college-age children.

Your home will be advertised on the internet for an international exposure. It can also appear on the Multiple Listing Service where it it seen by thousands of Real Estte agents and their buyers. She will personally market it to local agents to give it even wider exposure.

Julaine loves to help people.
